The restaurant today is just as it was remodelled in the 1950s. In 1992 it was returned to brothers Pavel and Tomáš Töpfer during the (post-communist) restitution.

The kitchen offers traditional Czech cuisine as well as their own recipes. The atmosphere and typical Czech pub setting, with accordionist and trumpeter playing in the evening, have made the Inn popular mainly with foreign visitors, with premium prices to match.

Nevertheless, this establishment is part of Prague’s hospitality tradition, and is certainly worth a visit. A reservation is recommended for the evening.

Beers on offer: Pilsner Urquell, Velkopopovický Kozel 11°, Velkopopovický Kozel black 10°, Domažlický Purkmistr black, Radegast Birell (alcohol-free)
